Cupids Undie Run


So I've been thinking about doing this run (but probably NOT in my undies).  It is only a mile, which I know I can handle and it goes for a great cause.  I'm not to excited about running in my underwear cuz I'm sure no one else cares to see what other body parts currently "run" along with me!  Shoot I wouldn't have done it in my undies when I was all muscle.

Hello 2014, Goodbye 2013!

Well it's a new year and that means new advantures for everyone.  My new year resolutions is to remain positive and not yell at my kids so much, try to eliminate as much stress as I can from my life this year.  I've prayed to please make 2014 a majical year, a year to not be forgoten and all the bad luck that hit us last year went away at 11:59 pm on 12/31/13 and all that is welcome from now on is good luck.  

So about my weightloss, well yeah, ummm...... OK, I put that on hold over the holidays and I now that was absolutely the worst thing I could have done.  I skipped the gym for two weeks in a row and I totally feel the after effects because of it.  I want to beat myself up over it, but instead as of today I'm going to hit the gym hard & throw in some running on the treadmill in the evening at home just to make up for missing those two weeks.  I have alllot of making up to do.  

On another note, my husband was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, so that means he's gotta get himself on track to losing weight so he can get rid of it.  So that means getting rid of all the "junk" he usually buys , YEAH!!!!  So I'm going to be on a new advanture to help him loose weight and get healthy so our whole family can be on the right track.  You'll probably be seeing posts about this and new reciepes I'm going to be trying.  We are going to do this and we'll do it together if need be.  I'm looking forward to a happy, healthy family.  

I hope within the next week I can update you with great results on the "New Year, New Me"  I'm going to lose these last 50lbs that I need to in order to reach my "goal" weight before the middle of Summer. I will do this and then I can lose probably 15-20 more lbs to be within my weight range for my height.  Right now I'm concentrating on reaching my goal first.
